Newport City of Megaworld Philippines has been declared as a Tourist Zone (Philippines Real Estate). Aside from the 5-Star Marriott Hotel there will be 6-Star Maxim Hotel that would have big casino, 3-Star Hotel. Good example of a great investment in the Philippines Real Estate. There would also be a BIG MALL and don’t forget the Villamor Golf Course. Philippines Real Estate at its best. Condo / Condominium units are still available but very limited choices unless you want a 2 Bedroom unit.
